Accused drug dealer arrested. Baton Rouge woman charged after seizure of fentanyl, heroin

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) – A weekslong investigation ended with the arrest of Amber Rose Johnson, 26. The investigation centered around a possible “fentanyl and heroin trafficking operation,” according to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office. EBRSO believed that Johnson was leading this operation. Johnson reportedly sold fentanyl to agents.

Agents were able to narrow down four locations that they believed were “being used by Johnson and other co-conspirators,” according to EBRSO. Those locations were on Essen Lane, North 29th Street, North Ardenwood Drive and Airline Highway.
