Police are reporting that a body found in Cecil County on Insterstate-95 belonged to a woman that was murdered in Baltimore in connection with a fatal fire in 2022. According to police, on April 12. 2022, state troopers were alerted to a possible body located at mile marker 95 on northbound Interstate 95 in Cecil County. They found the body of 30-year-old Danielle Parnell, and the remains were taken to the Medical Examiner's Office. The death was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner, and Maryland State Police worked together with Baltimore City homicide on this case.Baltimore City has announced that they have determined the murder occurred in the 4700 block of Vancouver Road in southwest Baltimore.
