With the Baltimore city juvenile curfew in its second week, there are still a lot of unanswered questions.
One of the biggest is: What training are civilian volunteers tasked with moving juveniles to connection centers getting?
Concerns for volunteer safety have sparked after a shooting happened in Fed Hill in one of the curfew locations, during curfew hours.
FOX45 News has sent repeated requests to Mayor Brandon Scott's office to get that answer.
Law enforcement analyst Melissa Pinkelton told FOX45 she believes the Mayor's plan can be extremely dangerous.
“I hope nobody gets hurt. It’s like asking the school crossing guard or the hall monitor to stop a school shooter," said Pinkelton.
“What amount of training are you going to be able to give these people in such a short period of time, that you think they’re going to be effective with," said Pinkelton.
