Death of 1-year-old boy in February ruled homicide, says medical examiner

BALTIMORE (WBFF) —
The death of a one-year-old boy in February has been ruled a homicide by the state's Medical Examiner.

Andre Jackson was found unresponsive in his home in the 7100 block of McClean Boulevard on February 25.
The boy died at the hospital.
The medical examiner said Jackson's death was a homicide by intoxication.

Homicide detectives are investigating the case, according to police.
