Baltimore Police identify two homicide victims

BALTIMORE (WBFF) —
The Baltimore Police Department has identified two men killed, with one occurring over Memorial Day weekend.

Otis Toney, 38, was killed on May 27. 2023, in the 2800 block of Harford Road.
Maurice Smith, 36, was killed on May 30, 2023, in the 1900 block of Grinnalds Avenue.
Police report so far in 2023, there have 114 homicides. At this time in 2022, there were 138 homicides.

Additionally, there have been 253 non-fatal shooting in 2023. At this time in 2022, there were 279 non-fatal shootings, police also report.
