Baltimore investor buys Five and Dime Ale House building in Hampden
A local investor has purchased the Five and Dime Ale House building along The Avenue, adding to his growing portfolio of properties in Baltimore's Hampden neighborhood.Jeremy Landsman, of Avenue Real Estate, bought the building for $1.4 million at the end of March. A local investor has purchased the Five and Dime Ale House building along The Avenue, adding to his growing portfolio of properties in Baltimore's Hampden neighborhood.
