Five men were shot near Lexington Market on Friday, according to Baltimore City Police Department.
Officers were patrolling at the intersection of North Eutaw Street and West Saratoga Street when they heard gunfire in the area, said the department.
Officers then found citizens running in the 200 block of North Eutaw Street and began investigating.
Police later found four victims suffering from gunshot wounds and, moments later, were told that a fifth victim walked into an area hospital suffering from a gunshot wound.
A Preliminary investigation revealed that one of the victims was in an argument with an individual who pulled out a firearm and shot the victim. The suspect continued firing several rounds at the victim.
Authorities say the four other victims were bystanders caught in the crossfire.
Officers were called to the 200 block of West Saratoga Street at around 3:30 pm, according to authorities.
Police say the ages of the men injured in the shooting are 55, 58, 41, 63, and 38 years old.
All five of the men's injuries are non-life threatening.
Baltimore City Police are continuing to investigate this incident.
