Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Mullins is out of the lineup Thursday for personal reasons, Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Hyde noted that it should just be a one-day absence for Mullins. Ryan McKenna is starting in center field and Adam Frazier will take a turn in the leadoff role as the O's wrap up their three-game series at Yankee Stadium on Thursday night.
