Man noticed he was shot as he ran away from suspect, say police

BALTIMORE (WBFF) —
Baltimore City Police are investigating a shooting in East Baltimore. Police were called to a hospital for a walk-in shooting victim just before 10:15 last night.

When they arrived, they found a 30-year-old man who had been shot in the ankle, according to police.
Investigators say that the man was walking in the 2400 block of Homewood Avenue in East Baltimore when he was approached by a suspect who began shooting at him. The victim ran away and noticed that he had been shot in the ankle, according to police.
