An investigation is underway after a 29-year-old man walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound on Sunday, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

Police said officers responded around 10:30 a.m. to a local hospital to a report of a shooting victim looking for treatment.

When officers arrived to the hospital, police said they found the 29-year-old suffering a gunshot wound.
