Police identify two victims recently shot and killed in Baltimore City

BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) —

Police have identified two homicide victims who were killed in Baltimore this week.

Ernest Hall (B/M D.O.B 09/13/1989) was killed on March 23, 2023, while in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue.
De’Angelo Carter (B/M D.O.B 06/22/1996) was killed on March 22, 2023, while in the 2400 block of Maisel Court.
