Baltimore City Police say five people were injured, and one person was killed in a shooting just after midnight in West Baltimore.
Police say the shooting happened in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue.
Officers found a 15-year-old boy, and four other men - 18, 21, 22, and 24 years old - and an additional unidentified male, all having been shot.
The unidentified male was pronounced dead at the scene. The 24-year-old man is in critical condition. the others are all listed in stable condition.
Homicide detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
This is the third mass shooting in the city this year, per definition of three or more victims.
In the Western District, 10 people have been shoot and killed this year, and over a dozen non-fatal shootings have happened.
This is the same district Mayor Brandon Scott's Group Violence Reduction program was started.
Thiru Vignarajah says the program is not working.
“You’ve got three mass shootings in a single year, two mass shootings in a single district. And the city is not even talking about it. In fact, they’re celebrating their modest successes," said Vignarajah.
Law enforcement analyst Melissa Pinkelton says the concept of the program, which looks to identify people likely to being involved in gun crime, is unrealistic.
“Unless something has changed, we are not physic yet, we cannot read people’s minds," said Pinkelton.
