Baltimore City Public Schools police recovered a gun at Bluford Drew Jemison STEM Academy West on Tuesday, according to the school district.

Baltimore City Public Schools Madia & Public Relations manager, Sherry Christian said one student brought the gun to school and asked another student to hold it for him.

Both students were arrested without incident, Christian said.

Christian said the staff learned about the gun from other students.
