Baltimore residents are frustrated with the Department of public works and its rolled-back services. A lawsuit against the city of Baltimore over bi-weekly trash pick-up is gaining ground. A petition filed in circuit court now has more than 175 signatures - from residents, business leaders, and shopping centers who the city to return to weekly trash pick up.
