52-year-old woman hit and killed by a car in Baltimore, police say
BALTIMORE (WBFF) —
A 52-year-old woman was hit and killed by a car in Baltimore on Friday, according to the Baltimore Police Department.

Police said Doris Crawford was hit around 11:45 a.m. in the 1600 block of Spruce Street.
Crawford was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma, police said, where she was pronounced dead.
Through their preliminary investigation, police learned the striking vehicle was driving southbound on Pennington Avenue, trying to make a left turn on Spruce Street, while Crawford was crossing Spruce Street.
Police said the driver of the striking vehicle remained o the scene and cooperated with detectives.
