TOWN OF MILTON —
The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested a 19-year-old, accused of assaulting an infant.

Investigators say back on March 19th, emergency crews responded in the Town of Milton to a report of a 3 month old infant in respiratory distress.
The infant was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Jacob E. Krall was arrested two days later, accused of violently assaulting the child. He was charged with assault and remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
