BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a man who was struck and killed by a train near Edison Highway.
Miguel Nava Martinez, 45, of Bakersfield was identified as a pedestrian who was struck and killed by a train on May 21 near Edison Highway, according to the coroner’s office.
Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene, according to officials.
