CHILLICOTHE, Ohio – Police are investigating an alleged assault on a teenage girl found wandering on North Brownell Street early Tuesday morning. According to the police report, a 17-year-old teen was found near the 100 block of N. Brownell St. around 1:51 a.m., on May 14, claiming she had been assaulted at a nearby residence. The teen reportedly told officers she had left her Vollmar Road home without permission and was picked up by a friend who took her to an unknown address.
