Fare on Eighth has taken the concept of fresh and local to a new standard they are calling the “Fare Standard.” The new eatery is offering dine-in options on its grilled cheese Monday, where they offer unique grilled cheese sandwiches and fresh tacos on Wednesdays. Throughout the entire week, though, you can stop by its cooler, where they make fresh salads, sandwiches, and snacks for you to take home or enjoy in their storefront.
