Charges dismissed against former Chatham High School employee charged with selling drugs on school property
All charges against a former employee at Chatham High School, who was accused of selling drugs on school property, have been dismissed, court records indicate. As we’ve reported previously, Harry Carter was taken into custody on Feb. 10 after authorities issued a search warrant on his vehicle and said they found 24 clear containers containing green leafy substances, which later tested positive for marijuana, authorities previously told 10 News. A 9mm handgun and 25 plastic tubes containing rolled paper were found as well.

Man arrested in Virginia following armed bank robbery in North Carolina: Deputies
(WSET) — The Henry County Sheriff's Office said an individual was arrested in Collinsville following an armed robbery in Eden, North Carolina. On Friday, the Eden Police Department Investigations Division began conducting a high-priority armed robbery at Truist Bank located at 680 S Van Buren RD, Eden, NC. Officers arrived on the scene and learned a suspect had entered the Bank and brandished a handgun at the clerk, demanding money. The male fled in an unknown direction following the robbery with an undisclosed amount of money. The tellers were shaken but uninjured, according to deputies.
