Call Your Mother

New to the scene but quickly gaining a following, Call Your Mother, which has multiple locations, boasts the Bacon Sun City, which comes on an everything bagel with locally sourced bacon, bodega-style eggs, gooey American and cheddar cheeses and spicy honey.

Frank & Roze Coffee Co.

A fancier but still fun option from a Hale neighborhood staple is its breakfast sandwich, which includes sausage and egg topped with tomatillo sauce for a little Southwest kick.

Lula Rose General Store

Their take on the classic egg, bacon and cheese sandwich gets a slightly rakish upgrade at this Congress Park coffee shop when served on a buttery brioche bun.

Simplicity at its fines t: These delicious, perfectly greasy sandwiches use an English muffin as the base with a sausage patty in between. The pop-up can be found on Saturdays at the City Park Farmers Market.
