Man who fled from Slidell police with unrestrained kid in car now in custody
A man Slidell police said sped away from officers with an unrestrained infant in his vehicle has turned himself in. The Slidell Police Department said Emanuel Henry, 26, of New Orleans turned himself in Monday night at the Slidell Police Department.
