The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sunday circulated photos of a 76-year-old man with medical conditions who went missing in Rancho Palos Verdes. Eric Gainer, who requires medication for his medical conditions, was last seen about 3 p.m. Saturday in the 29600 block of South Western Avenue, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.
