DEMOLITION OF BUILDING AND STRUCTURES

Notice is hereby given that the City of Auburn, Alabama intends to proceed pursuant to §11-40-30 et seq., Ala. Code (1975) to demolish the structure located on the real estate hereinafter described. The Building Official of the City of Auburn, Alabama has determined that the structure is unsafe to the extent that such is a public nuisance.

From the point where the center line of the Western Railway of Alabama railroad track intersects the center line of Ridge Grove Road in Auburn, Lee County, Alabama, go thence North 88 degrees 00 minutes West along the centerline of said railroad track, 1,225.0 feet; thence South 01 degree 48 minutes West 39.8 feet; thence North 88 degrees 00 minutes West 60.0 feet to the point of beginning of the lot herein to be described and conveyed. From said point of beginning, continue North 88 degrees 00 minute West 95.0 feet; thence South 05 degrees 31 minutes West 146.6 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes East 102.1 feet; thence North 02 degrees 44 minutes East 142.4 feet to the point of beginning.
