Auburn linebacker Desmond Tisdol enters portal

Auburn has made it official that Desmond Tisdol has put his name in the portal.
Desmond Tisdol, a backup linebacker for the Tigers, had announced plans to enter the transfer portal, on March 24, per his social media accounts
"First, I want to start off by thanking God for this great gift and opportunity," Tisdol said in an Instagram post. "Thank you to all of my coaches during my time here at Auburn. Auburn has blessed me and my family in so many ways are we are thankful for that. I've had some of the best memories here at this place. With that being said I will be entering the transfer portal with two years of eligibility left. Thank you Auburn."
Tisdol was a four-star linebacker in the 2020 class. During his three seasons with the Tigers he played in 24 games as he accumulated 17 total tackles, with 13 coming in 12 games this past season.
Tisdol joins the following Auburn Tigers that have announced that they will be in the transfer portal.
