Auburn loses SEC opener to Arkansas 7-2

Auburn drops their SEC opener 7-2 to the Arkansas Razorbacks on the road.
Auburn went out to an early 2-0 lead, but a five spot from Arkansas in the fourth inning proved insurmountable for the Tigers.
Auburn will be back in action on Saturday at 2 pm ct looking to even the series.

Ninth Inning Arkansas leads 7-2
Gavin Miller will pinch hit for Hall.
Miller pops out to the infield for the first out of the inning.
Carter Wright will pinch hit for LaRue.
Wright grounds out for the second out of the inning.
Howell goes down on strikes and that will do it. The Tigers drop game one 7-2.
Eighth Inning Arkansas leads 7-2
Kirby is retired for the first out of the inning.
Stanfield strikes out for the second out of the inning.
Wortham will pinch hit for Green.
Wortham pops out to end the top of the eighth.
