Lady Rabbs

On Mar. 19, Atlanta edged new Boston 5-4 after scoring the winning run in the top of the eighth inning.

The Lady Lions were up 4-1 going into the final inning but the Lady Rabbits plated three runs in the top half to tie the score at 4-all.

In that final inning Keirsten Underwood singled and later moved to third on a double by Anna Davis. Underwood scored when Kalissa Reliford hit into a fielder’s choice.

Gabby Arredondo gave up just two hits and struck out nine. She also hit a double from the plate.

Davis was 2-for-4 with a double, Reliford added an RBI, Carlajah Adger hit a single, Tori Clayton hit a single and plated a couple or runs, Kinlee Hamilton added an RBI, Underwood had two hits and Aleesha Parkman hit two singles with an RBI.

On Mar. 23, the Lady Rabbits welcomed Paul Pewitt to town and gave them a short stay as they racked up 13 runs in the first frame and won the 2 1/2 inning contest 17-0.

Kinlee Hamilton gave up just one hit and struck out four and teammate Michaela Knight struck out two of the three batters she faced in relief.

Carlajah Adger hit an RBI double, Tori Clayton was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, Gabby Petrofsky hit a double and racked up four RBIs, Keirsten Underwood hit a double and had two ribeyes, Kinlee Hamilton was 3-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs, Kalissa Reliford added two hits and two ribbies and Aleesha Parkman was 2-for-3 with an RBI.

Rabbits

On Mar. 19, the Rabbs broke open a 3-1 game with New Boston by scoring eight runs in the final two frames for a 11-2 victory.

Eli Dryden gave up just three hits in 5 2/3 innings and struck out eight.

Eli Mitchell was 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, Peyton Harrison hit a double and posted two ribbies, Will Woodruff had two RBIs, Jaden Riley added an RBI, Peyton Gaston added a single, Eli Mitchell added an RBI and Brady Partain posted a single with two ribeyes.

On Mar. 22, Atlanta blanked Paul Pewitt 17-0 in five innings behind exquisite pitching performances from Will Woodruff and Easton Patterson.

Woodruff gave up two hits over four innings and struck out four and Patterson pitched an inning in relief and gave up on hit and sat down two.

From the plate, Woodruff hit two doubles and brought in four runs, Peyton Harrison was 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, Peyton Gaston hit an RBI double, Jaden Riley hit an RBI double, Easton Owens added an RBI, Eli Mitchell hit an RBI single, Cason Whatley had a hit with two ribbies and Evan Mitchell posted an RBI.

Tigers

On Mar. 19, Linden-Kildare edged McLeod 3-2.

Maysen Lemmon gave up no earned run and struck out seven.

Keegan Surratt hit an RBI single, Peyton Foreman and Logan Hankins hit singles, Hugh Tyson added a hit with two RBIs and both Tylton Surratt and Ethan Churchman hit singles.

Lady Tigers

On Mar. 18, the Lady Tigers crushed Avery 19-1 in a shortened game due to the mercy rule.

Ada Whatley gave up three hits and struck out four and Callie Johnson added two strikeouts in relief.

Allie Watson was 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, Ally-Jo Dixon hit an RBI double, Sophia Hampton was 3-for-3 with a double and an RBI, Kaycee Neville was 3-for-3 with an RBI, Olivia Stewart added an Rbi and Lacy Johnson hit an RBI single.

Lady Bulldogs

Queen City upped its winning streak to five in a row after posting three district wins last week.

On Mar. 18, the Lady Bulldogs had a 2-0 lead over Redwater until QC scored eight runs in the final two frames to win 10-0.

Trinity Oden was a beat from the circle as she gave up just one hit and struck out 14 over six innings.

Laurel Moore was 2-for-2 with a grand slam and six RBIs, Serenity Oden was 3-for-3 with a double, Lauren Carrell hit a double and recorded two ribeyes, Trinity Oden added a single and Paitynn Weeks added an RBI.

On Mar. 19, the Lady Bulldogs escaped with a 3-2 win over DeKalb.

Trinity Oden was once again a magician from the circle as she gave up just two hits and struck out 14.

Laurel Moore hit a double, Brenna Turbeville hit an RBI triple, Mallori Stringer added a couple of hits, Lauren Carrell added an RBI and Paitynn Weeks hit a single.

On Mar. 23, the Lady Bulldogs hit five homeruns en route to a dominant 11-1 win over New Boston.

QC hit back-to-back solo shots in the bottom half of the third as Trinity Oden and Mallori Stringer cleared the fence.

Keeli Mainer added a solo shot in the fifth and sisters, Serenity Oden and Trinity Oden hit back-to-back jacks in the same frame as Serenity hit a 2-run blast and Trinity hit a solo shot.

From the circle, Trinity Oden gave up two hits and sat down nine. Mainer was 2-for-3 with a homer, a double and an RBI, Kelsey Nash hit a double, Lauren Carrell added a single, Stringer had the homer with two ribbies, Trinity Oden was 2-for-3 with two homers and two RBIs, Serenity Oden was 3-for-4 with a homer and two RBIs and Brenna Turbeville hit two singles and drove in a run.
