Mack Hollins Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The Atlanta Falcons are working on improving their roster ahead of the 2023 season in hopes they can make a push to win a weak NFC South. The Falcons added the help of a pass catcher on Sunday.

According to Mike Garafolo with the NFL Network, the Falcons are signing Mack Hollins to a one-year deal worth $2.5 million for 2023. $910,000 of that is a signing bonus.

Hollins was a former 2017 fourth-round pick by the Philadelphia Eagles and played on the Eagles team that won Super Bowl LII.

Hollins has spent time with the Miami Dolphins and Las Vegas Raiders. He caught  57 passes for 690 yards and had four touchdown receptions last season with the Raiders. Each of those numbers represent career-highs for Hollins.

Hollins will have a chance to work with quarterback Desmond Ridder in his first entire season as a starter.
