The San Francisco 49ers have gotten off to a shaky start this season, but wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk is ready to look forward.

After dismantling the New York Jets in the season opener, the 49ers encountered some major turbulence against the Minnesota Vikings on September 15, losing 23-17 and suffering a costly injury. The 49ers struggled to contain the Vikings on defense, surrendering a 97-yard touchdown to wide receiver Justin Jefferson and allowing quarterback Sam Darnold to throw for 268 yards and two touchdowns.

Appearing on the Cleats & Convos with teammate Deebo Samuel, Aiyuk said he's ready to put the loss in the rearview.

"Onto the next," Aiyuk said .

But the 49ers will be forced to move on without one of their key players. Niners head coach Kyle Shanahan said Samuel suffered a calf strain in the loss and will likely miss a couple of weeks. Last year's NFC champion could be forced to face a critical divisional challenge without Samuel, hosting the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3 and traveling to Arizona to take on the Cardinals in Week 5.

I would think when a NFL player gets a huge contract!! Especially guaranteed money!! You will ball out and let everyone know I’m worth the money. In this case I don’t know whether the money Aiyuk is getting is clouding his performance on the field. I’m looking past this. Because Aiyuk better start getting his ass in gear. Samuel, Kittle and McCaffrey will be out because of injuries. And that is when Purdy needs someone he can throw to on critical downs. Not just Jennings or Juszcyk to go to!! It will be interesting to see if Aiyuk will “ Bring It “.

I said it from the start Aiyuk wasn’t worth 30 million a year! He never had or will have that break away speed of Jefferson, Chase or Tyreek!
