Former Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman Jason Kelce made his Monday Night Football debut on ESPN in Week 1.

Kelce and the crew were in San Fransisco, covering the 49ers versus New York Jets matchup. Prior to kickoff, Kelce was going viral on social media.

Fans not only commented on Kelce's outfit choice but also gave their review of the potential future Hall of Famer as an analyst.

While he was live on television, ESPN host Scott Van Pelt mentioned that Kelce was wearing a shirt that he got at the mall because he left his travel bag "in the truck."

Van Pelt's mention of Kelce's mishap, along with Kelce mentioning that he's still struggling to fit in his clothes have fans crying of laughter.

Some fans also commented on his debut on Monday Night Football. Many seem to love Kelce's new chapter after an illustrious career with the Eagles.

"Shirt fits pretty good," mentioned one fan.

"he is one of us!" said one fan.

"Haha that's awesome," said another fan.

"This is what happens when Jason brings clothes for Jason." commented one fan.

"I loved it!!!!!! Go Jason Go!" said one fan.

"I so love this...hilarious!!" said another fan.

"ESPN Jason Kelce is a treasure and a natural for Monday Night Countdown," commented one fan.

"jason kelce on monday night football is the only reason im still going rn," mentioned another fan.

Kelce signed a deal with ESPN in May to cover the two-hour "Monday Night Countdown" segment.

He's now making a television appearance after competing in the NFL from 2011-2023. Upon his retirement, Kelce was known as one of the greatest centers to ever play the game. He left the field as a six-time All-Pro, seven-time Pro Bowler, and Super Bowl champion in 2018.

Following his first game in San Fransisco, Kelce and the "Monday Night Countdown" crew will travel to Philadelphia, where Kelce will be welcomed back with Eagles nation. Philly be hosting the Atlanta Falcons on Sept. 16 in Week 2.
