CLEVELAND, Ohio – A New Mexico man was charged Friday with sexually exploiting a 12-year-old girl from Ashtabula County. Joseph Gunter, 41, of Albuquerque, was charged in federal court in Cleveland with sexual exploitation of a child, and transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, according to an FBI affidavit.
