Three suspects have been charged following a fatal shooting in Western North Carolina, over the holidays. The Asheville Police Department says two the suspects are in custody and a third remains at large.
The charges stem for a shooting on Christmas Eve in Asheville that left one person dead. A juvenile who has not yet been identified is charged with 1st degree murder and was taken into custody, Thursday.
Two others, 30 year old Quiante Desean Brown and 45 year old, Clarence Jamar Shivers are charged with aiding and abetting 1st degree murder. Shivers was apprehended un Henderson County, Brown remains at large as of the time of this report.
