ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) —
Monday, May 29, will be the last day of business for one popular Asheville restaurant.

The Huddle House located on Hendersonville Road is closing its doors.
A restaurant manager told News 13 on Friday, May 26, that employees learned about the closing this week.
The property owner also owns the neighboring gas station and plans to use the former restaurant site as a parking lot.

Recently, the restaurant had struggled to hire staff, but still opened five days a week.
