Names of arrested individuals were collected at the Clark County Detention Center on Crittenden Street in Arkadelphia. They are presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law. Monday, May 29
Police investigated a commercial burglary at the 1400 block of North 10th Street.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving a juvenile.

Officers took an “information only” report involving a juvenile.

Sunday, May 28
2:30 p.m.
Flavio Elias Vidal, 20, was arrested at a South 15th Street residence for obstructing governmental operations and resisting arrest following officers’ response to a child custody dispute.

3:06 p.m.
Officers responded to Walmart for a report of a physical altercation that had taken place in the produce section. No arrest was made, as the aggressor who went bananas on the complainant, who was able to romaine calm, beet it prior to police arrival.

Saturday, May 27
Police opened a felony report of firearm theft at the 300 block of North 14th Street.

7:38 p.m.
Officers responded a second time to a South 25th Street residence for a domestic disturbance between a man and woman. No arrest was made.

8:15 p.m.
Kandice Hali Allen, 31, of Bismarck, was arrested at the Union Pacific rail line over the Ouachita River for public intoxication and criminal trespass.

Friday, May 26
Officers investigated a theft involving a juvenile.

Officers took an “information only” report involving a juvenile.

Officers worked a case of shoplifting involving a juvenile.

9 p.m.
Jafari Elton Robinson, 31, was arrested at a North 14th Street residence for public intoxication following reports of a male trying to fight residents.

Saturday, May 27
5:34 a.m.
Deputies responded to a DeGray Road residence for domestic disturbance. Brandon Paul Wells, 44, of Pearcy, was arrested following a female’s reports of threats he had made.

Thomas Clark, 60, was arrested by Caddo Valley police and held for continued detention.

Christopher Oliver, 26, was arrested for failure to pay child support.

X-zavier Hopson, 27, was arrested for failure to appear.

Sunday, May 28
Emma Nations, 18, was arrested for third-degree battery and public intoxication.
