OKLAHOMA (KXII) - In the aftermath of a tornado, there is an urgent need to physically restore some sort of order not only in the community but in your life. In addition to the list of everyday necessities, experts say your mental health usually doesn’t make the list. “Mental health tends to be the last need that usually shows up however it’s probably one of the most important things because it does affect lifelong,” said disaster mental health supervisor with Red Cross, Linda Mueller.
