Crime bills stalled in Annapolis
BALTIMORE (WBFF) —
Certain bills make it through the session in Annapolis while others appear to be on the wrong side of the political majority, even if they come from the same party.

Armstrong Williams, political commentator, joined Fox 45 Morning News to explain why SB1 is a priority instead of toughing on criminals penalty for stealing guns or carrying illegal guns.
"Unfortunately, I think we can sort of understand the reaction not to repeat the 1990s crime bill that lead to this mass incarceration. I think some people prioritize the race of the criminal over the behavior and the damage they do to this community," Williams said.
