A suspect in Lorain who was being served a warrant by U.S. Marshalls was shot and killed. The shooting took place Thursday morning just after 8 a.m. At a home near the corner of West 21 Street and Beech Avenue, Lorain police confirmed that a local resident attacked the officers with a baseball bat.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland man is accused of selling fentanyl to two men who died from using the drug during a one-week span. Kendale Ware, 23, was charged Wednesday in federal court in Cleveland with three counts of drug trafficking and two sentencing enhancements for causing the death of two people in November 2022.
