WILLISTON, N.D. (KUMV) - The Williston Basin School Board has approved JE Dunn to be the Construction Manager at-risk for the Williston Elementary School building. A Construction Manager at-risk is required by North Dakota Century Code to handle construction projects for public entities. Their role is to work with the architect and the district to assist facility construction.
