One person has died, after a crash took place Saturday morning in northeast Albuquerque.A spokesperson for Albuquerque Police says the incident occurred around 5 a.m., near the intersection of Tramway Blvd. NE and Comanche Rd. NE. A single vehicle veered off the road along Tramway Blvd. NE and collided with a traffic light pole and traffic box.The vehicle eventually rolled over, and a passenger was ejected from the vehicle. The victim was transported to UNM Hospital, but did not survive. APD is investigating whether the driver was impaired at the time of the crash. It is not known at this time, whether speed is a factor.
