Two teenagers aged 13 and 14 have been charged with kidnapping and battery charges connected to the assault of a 13-year-old girl at an Albuquerque park.The teenagers appeared in court Tuesday afternoon, where the court ruled they will be held in custody as their cases move through the judicial process.They could later be placed on house arrest with a GPS monitor, according to the Second Judicial District Attorney's Office. The investigation is still ongoing to identify other individuals involved. The two teenagers are currently booked at the Juvenile Detention Center.
