First reported by the Times Union, Brown was reportedly asked to leave the Holiday Inn on Broadway due to loud music and accusations of marijuana use.
Albany Police confirm they responded at the request of the hotel at around 9:15 PM, they say no charges or citations were issued.
Brown tells CBS6 that he is working to secure new team housing, but would not elaborate.
The Empire is working with a 5 streak loss, suffering with constant changes to team management, having gone through multiple head coach changes.
