The Mountain Family hopes to reignite the heart of the young new generation

To the Editor:

The Mountain Family includes friends, relatives, and neighbors who would enjoy teaching life skills to the next generation (age unimportant). It is your turn to provide meaning in your life and fully use your talents and skills.

This provides the next generation with meaningful opportunities for further education, trade employment, and/or careers with a paid traineeship.

The geographic areas covered are Albany, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Columbia, Saratoga, and Schoharie counties.

The Mountain Family hopes to reignite the heart of the young new generation. This will provide the opportunity to re-engage both head and hands.

We have experienced trades individuals to teach trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and air quality, and construction heavy equipment.

In addition, our volunteers can provide the opportunity for nursing, social work, and caregiving to those in need.

If you would like to pursue further education, we can provide the opportunity. Education opens many doors for future employment.

If you have anxiety and would like social connections, this new opportunity will provide purpose, learning skills that work and a career. We are all inclusive and very supportive.

Our main objective is to use the experience of those who have lived and worked in their areas of expertise, particularly in the trades, to teach and encourage others.

Find us on Facebook or call one of us: Amber at 518-702-5026, Violet at 518-419-0799, Mary Beth at 518-332-7544, or Maureen at 518-788-6401, ext. 3301 or email ableau3438@gmail.com.

Please call so that we may assist you in your pursuit of further education, trade, or career.
