The Great Danes football team put it on. Several bowling teams across the Capital Region. This is the first time the football program has hosted a bowling event.
Jared Ambrose, UAlbany offense coordinator, said,
"Sports bring people together. And it's one of the last (places) in the community that allows people to drop their guard and just be themselves and have fun. And you get to see it right here -- the competitive nature that comes out and the fun. And like I said, the comradery is unmatched.”

Anyone is able to come out and bowl, and there are ramps available to any bowlers who may need extra assistance.
