Albany man to serve 13 years in 2021 shooting (WRGB)
An Albany man is sentenced to serve 13 years in state prison in connection to a shooting in the city back in October 2021.

28-year-old Elijah Moses -- previously pled guilty to one count of criminal weapon possession.
That plea satisfied the full indictment against him, which included an attempted murder charge.
The shooting happened on Livingston Avenue.

A 44-year-old man suffered a gunshot wound to the torso. He ultimately recovered.
