ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau is seeking the public’s assistance with locating 40-year-old Kinshasa Shropshire.
Shropshire has warrants for his arrest relating to kidnapping, forced robbery, battery, and theft by taking a motor vehicle.
His last known address was in the 1500 block of West Oakridge in Albany.
Kinshasa Shropshire is wanted for assaulting a female companion, stealing her bag, stealing her vehicle, and for forcing her into a vehicle and driving off, and trying to drag her back into the vehicle after he called her to give him a ride and accusing her of cheating. May be in possession of a firearm.
He may be in possession of a firearm and should not be approached.
