One Dunkin’ Donuts location, known for its familiar aroma of coffee and donuts, found itself temporarily closed after a state inspection uncovered a few issues.

Not all Dunkin’ locations are created equal. Take the one at 3745 Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee, for instance. This particular branch, despite its efforts to keep customers caffeinated and satisfied, has had its share of mixed reviews.

The troubles for this location started on July 29, 2024, when a state inspection revealed a few red flags. Among the issues were a handwash sink that wasn’t always accessible, a toxic substance left hanging on the prep table, and even some rodent droppings. Yikes! These findings led to a temporary closure as the shop needed to address these concerns.

However, the story took a turn for the better at a follow-up inspection on July 30, 2024. Although two violations were still noted, they weren’t deemed to pose an immediate threat to public health. As a result, the Dunkin’ Donuts was given the green light to reopen, hopefully with a renewed focus on cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

So, if you’re in Kissimmee and looking for that familiar Dunkin' experience, it seems the shop is back in business. Let’s hope they’ve made the necessary changes to ensure every visit is a bit sweeter and a lot cleaner!

It’s due to lack of management following the mandatory red book cleaning list and not delegating to their employees to keep up with the cleaning as well. This is unacceptable. The manager should be written up or terminated like he used to be with the old owners.
