Burned-out Mercedes found near golf course in Adams County
A stolen Mercedes Benz was abandoned and set on fire near a golf course in Berwick Township, Adams County, on Saturday, according to Pennsylvania State Police."Police responded to the Bridges Golf Course for reports of a fire," a statement from PSP said. "Upon arrival a 2015 Mercedes-Benz was discovered on fire off of Lobell Road on the Golf Car Lanes within the Bridges Golf Course."A uLocal member shared photos of the torched Mercedes with WGAL. You can see those in the photo above.The Mercedes had been reported stolen from a home in Perry County. Police said they found Roger Morrison, 38, a short ways away from the scene and arrested him. Police said he confessed to his involvement.Morrison is charged with:Receiving stolen property.Arson.Police said the incident is still under investigation. A stolen Mercedes Benz was abandoned and set on fire near a golf course in Berwick Township, Adams County, on Saturday, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

"Police responded to the Bridges Golf Course for reports of a fire," a statement from PSP said. "Upon arrival a 2015 Mercedes-Benz was discovered on fire off of Lobell Road on the Golf Car Lanes within the Bridges Golf Course."

The Mercedes had been reported stolen from a home in Perry County.

  • Receiving stolen property.
  • Arson.
