'Middle Eastern version of Chipotle': Hummus Republic to open first Stockton location
A wrap, pita, or bowl, whatever your choice may be, will soon be available at a Mediterranean-style restaurant set to open in Stockton. Hummus Republic is opening its first franchise location in Stockton this spring at the Marina Shopping Center at 3201 West Ben Holt Dr. in Stockton. There is no opening date at the moment, according to franchise owner Jay Al Attar.
