Atascadero Police arrest reports for July 29 – Aug. 4

Taylor Jr., Mark Scott, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 29 at 1:18 pm at 9155 San Gabriel St for suspected violation of driving while license suspended/revoked for DUI (14601.2(a) VC).
Brown, Matthew Steven, 34, of Atascadero, was arrested on July 31 at 9:52 am at 7305 El Camino Real for suspected violation of possessing nitrous oxide (381B PC) and disorderly conduct: under the influence of drug (647(F) PC).
Harris, Daniel Thomas, 61, of Atascadero, was arrested on August 1 at 3:10 pm at 6000 block El Camino Real for suspected violation of inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship (273.5(A) PC).
Martinezandres, Jesus, 30, of Atascadero, was arrested on August 1 at 9:14 pm at Curbaril Ave & Marchant Ave for suspected violation of driving under the influence with prior conviction (23152(A) VC) and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher (23152(B) VC).
Musgrave, Ryan Richard, 50, of Atascadero, was arrested on August 1 at 9:51 pm at 6105 Olmeda Ave for suspected violation of possessing unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS) and possessing a controlled substance (11377(A) HS).
Albury, Loren Wendell, 40, of Templeton, was arrested on August 2 at 2:32 pm at Brewer St & Railway Rd for suspected violation of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety (2800.2(A) VC), resisting arrest (148(A)(1) PC), evading a peace officer on the wrong side of the highway (2800.4 VC), and false impersonation of another (529(A)(3) PC).
Conley, Michael Alan, 54, of Atascadero, was arrested on August 3 at 10:59 am at Cascada Rd & El Camino Real for suspected violation of possessing unlawful paraphernalia (11364(A) HS), possessing controlled substance (11377(A) HS), resisting arrest (148(A)(1) PC), and disorderly conduct: under the influence of drug (647(F) PC).
Aggas, Olivia Stephanie, 58, of Atascadero, was arrested on August 4 at 3:49 pm at 4545 Miramon Ave for suspected violation of battery on spouse/ex-spouse/date (243(E)(1) PC) and willful cruelty to child (273A(B) PC).
Bruce, Jennifer Merline, 45, of Atascadero, was arrested on August 4 at 7:20 pm at 7620 Cortez Ave for suspected violation of assault with a deadly weapon (245(A)(1) PC) and inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant/dating relationship (273.5(A) PC).
