Tasting wines at the Ferrari-Carano vineyard is a dream come true!

I am a wine lover, and I cannot deny it. Knowing that California has some of the best-growing lands for grapes, I couldn't miss the opportunity to visit the iconic Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery. This magnificent winery is located at 8761 Dry Creek Rd, Healdsburg, CA. It also has a botanical garden of incalculable beauty; there are 5 acres full of trees, shrubs, and plants that emphasize different colors and textures. There are around 10,000 tulips and daffodils that grace the gardens and make them an everlasting visual spectacle.

Wine tasting is one of the main attractions at Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery. Reservations are required and are only available on Thursdays and Sundays. You cannot go with children or pets, at least for the moment, due to the sanitary restrictions due to COVID-19. The cost of the wine tasting is $ 30 per person. For this low price, you can enjoy a pleasant time tasting one of the highest quality wines while you delight in the exuberant landscape offered by the gardens.

The landscape is unmatched, and I dare say it is one of the most beautiful places in all of California. It is relaxing to taste the wine while listening to the expert tasters give you a detailed explanation of the history of the vineyard and the practices of making the wine. Villa Terrace is the ideal place to taste Ferrari-Carano's award-winning wines.

It should be noted that they are very strict and responsible for complying with the health measures against COVID. The staff wears facemasks at all times, and visitors too, the only time you are allowed to take off the facemasks is when you taste the wine.

In short, Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery is the paradise for wine lovers and a perfect place for a weekend getaway; the relaxed atmosphere encourages conversation and stimulates the mind. It is definitely a must-visit!
